What should I do if the package status shows' delivery failed '?

The status of 'delivery failed' indicates that your package attempted to be delivered but was not delivered successfully.

Most postal transporters will keep packages for about 2 weeks. If you missed the first delivery, you will need to contact the local carrier to obtain information on redelivery or further information on pick-up.

Please note the deadline for self pickup of the package. If it is overdue, the package will be returned to the original sender.
